Jeju Dream Tower Casino has set a record for monthly sales since its opening and succeeded in turning into a surplus thanks to the full-fledged resumption of direct flights to China.
According to Lotte Tourism Development on the 23rd, net sales of foreign-only casinos in Jeju Dream Tower Complex Resort (total sales minus agent fees) in April were 9.96 billion won (as of the 17th). Based on total sales compiled by the Casino Association, it recorded 14.69 billion won.
Lotte Tourism Development said, "The sharp increase in sales is due to the opening of direct flights to China for the first time in more than three years on March 26, which has led to a significant increase in casino users and drops (the amount customers changed to chips)."
