Lotte Tourism Development has launched two new menus,
Sujeong and Latte, and Sikhye Aid, using Korean popular traditional drinks,
Sikhye and Sujeonggwa, at the Grand Hyatt Jeju Gallery Lounge in
Jeju Dream Tower Complex Resort.
Sujeong and Latte can enjoy a soft flavor with traditional crystal,
unique taste, sweet and bitter cinnamon scent, combined with milk and caramel.
"Sikhye Ade" can be enjoyed coolly by adding a refreshing feeling of
carbonation to traditional sikhye, and features a soft texture of rice grains that seem to melt in the mouth.

An official from Lotte Tourism Development said, "With the Korean Wave's
growing interest in K-food, we have launched a K-style fusion menu
made with Sujeong and Sikhye, Korea's traditional drinks, ahead of the
upcoming Chuseok and Chinese National Day Golden Week," adding,
"As Jeju's direct overseas routes increase, we continue to strengthen
K-food so that we can enjoy various Korean flavors in accordance
with the growing demand of foreign tourists."

As direct overseas routes have been expanded since the reopening of
Dream Tower, foreign tourists from Western countries such as the United
States and Canada as well as from Asia such as Singapore,
Taiwan and Japan are continuing to visit. The foreign occupancy
rate of Grand Hyatt Jeju, which was only 10% in August last year,
jumped nearly six times in a year, increasing from 32% in March to 58% in August.
