The training, which was held at the High1 Grand Hotel run by Kangwon Land, was attended by
133 Kangwon Land executives and senior managers, including CEO Lee Sam-geol, executive auditor of Youngsoo Kim, Oh Jung-hoon, head of Win-Win Management Division, and Yoo Jae-man, head of Strategy Division.
The education was conducted by a professional lecturer registered at the Integrity Training Institute
of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission and a commissioned lecturer at the Korea Gender Equality Education Promotion Agency on two topics: anti-corruption integrity and sexual harassment prevention.
The four-hour training informed anti-corruption-related policies, such as the Conflict of Interest
Act and the Anti-Solicitation Act, to enhance understanding of public office responsibility and to
improve gender sensitivity of executives and employees through specific cases of sexual harassment and sexual violence.
We will create a healthy organizational culture by cultivating integrity leadership and gender
sensitivity of executives and employees, CEO Lee Sam-geol said. "We will try to prevent corruption
accidents in public society in advance and fulfill our responsibilities as a public company trusted by the public."
